A "911 call" is an emergency coaching session available to our clients outside of their regularly scheduled meetings. Here's what you need to know:
- Purpose: For urgent situations or personal crises where you need immediate support.
- Duration: A brief 20-30 minute chat to address your pressing concern.
- Frequency: One call per coaching package, to be used as needed.
- Availability: While I strive to be responsive, I may not be immediately available.
- Response Time: I guarantee to get back to you within 24 hours of your request.
- How to Use: Contact me through our designated emergency channel, clearly stating it's a "911 call."
Remember, this service is for genuine emergencies. For non-urgent matters, please save your questions for our regular sessions or use our standard communication channels.
